Horrible! My boyfriend and I were in there last week and opened a new account with two lines. I purchased an iphone6+ phone case but the guy put the wrong size case in my bag. I went back a few days later to exchange till it for the right one and they refused to even exchange it without my boyfriend being there or he would have to come in and add me as an authorized user! To EXCHANGE A PHONE CASE! I am really regretting signing up with them now if this is how unreasonable their policies are!
