History

Established in 2001.

Amber started this business from the ground up 14 years ago. It has grown out of demand primarily by word of mouth referrals from satisfied clients. Amber and Every sitter on staff have a heart for service, a passion for rescue, and a love for people as well as animals. Developing long lasting relationships with pet parents and their furry kids is our highest priority. Amber keeps a full staff in order to offer flexibility and emergency backup coverage-​their profiles are on our website along with rates and services offered and reviews. I am a pet parent myself, and a worrier! I know how much it means to me to be able to trust completely that my babies are safe, happy, and in capable hands! I’m so thankful to have a full staff of girls that are not only excellent pet sitters, but that truly care about relationships with our furry and human clients!

Earning that same trust from my clients is what makes this profession so rewarding. I love what I do and I put my whole heart in it!

Wonderful service. We hired them to walk our dog while we were away for the day. Were very detailed when they came to the house to ask about our dog. Took the time to ask questions that i wasn’t even thinking of. If we wanted them to lower the blinds later, turn lights on or off after the walk, dietary needs. Very efficient and helpful. We will use them again for sure.

Spoke with Amber on the phone today to get a greater understanding of her business and the precautions she takes for the pats for which she cares. I was very impressed by her professionalism, detail orientation, and inventiveness (she went to great lengths to ensure her charges were safe during a terrible storm last year). I’d definitely recommend Amber to folks in the area, without question.

This review is very late, but I wanted to make sure that I did it. I was so pleased with Amber’s Pampered Pets’ service earlier this year. I have two cats, but they were kittens at the time Amber took care of them. I was very nervous about leaving them (knowing they might be getting into who knows what!).
Amber truly cares about the pets she cares for. My normally shy kittens warmed up to her shockingly fast (they didn’t even warm up to ME that quickly!). I regularly received pictures and updates of my kitties, and when there was a problem with the fish tank (our fault, not Amber’s), Amber cleaned it out and saved the remaining fish.
I cannot recommend Amber’s Pampered Pets enough if you are looking for a reliable sitter who you know truly cares about your pets. I recently moved out of the area, but I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again if I was still around. (I actually wish she had moved with me so that I could keep using her!)
If you are looking for a sitter, you have found her! She and her staff are absolutely wonderful.

I found Amber’s Pampered Pets via the internet while trying to find a suitable dog sitter for the family pet for my parents. Oliver had injured his leg so it was important to my parents that he be comfortable and not somewhere that his leg would get too much of a work out. Amber’s was the perfect solution. My mom was happy with the service and received texts and pictures from the Pampered Pets team while they were away. We would definitely recommend them to other people!
