Of course our air conditioner would go out on one of the hottest days so we called All temp. They were able to get someone out the same day and even during the two hour window I had available. They sent out Kirk who was so helpful! Within 5 minutes he was able to tell us that our motor and capacitor was shot. We explained that we wanted to do the work ourselves (which is usually the time others walk away saying good luck) but Kirk was willing to show us how to change the motor and even sprayed clean our unit. Thanks to Kirk this dreadful situation was that much more bearable.
