History

Established in 1997.

Since 1997 3D Structural Solutions has been building their reputation on solid foundations in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan.

It began as a small business venture with «three thousand dollars and a desire to raise their kids close to Mom and Dad.» Brothers Dave & Daniel Scarberry moved to South Bend, Indiana and began 3D Structural Solutions, named after Dave, Daniel & Derick Scarberry, with a primary focus in concrete leveling.

In 1998 the brothers connected with A.B. Chance, a manufacturer of Deep Foundation Anchors. Once the relationship was secured, 3D’s market expanded with the solutions they could now offer — from concrete leveling to waterproofing to full foundation repair.

3D has come a long way since 1998. With a reputation built on the solid foundation of exceptional service and unparalleled products, 3D has expanded its operations into other areas of the Midwest

The corporate headquarters are located in South Bend, IN and is still family owned and operated.
