This company has 0 integrity. I spoke to the owner today about what his workers did last night. They were supposed to come into our residential neighborhood at 8pm, Monday, to sweep and re-​stripe a parking lot. But at 11pm they showed up, fired up blowers and the stripping machine. (making enough noise to wake the dead) When confronted they refused to stop. The owner gave me no apology. He said «the job is done and that’s that.»
If you have an option, use another company.

Santana Paving is the best for any type of job, big or small! I used him for my driveway, it still looks great after a few years, I would definitely recommend him to anybody who wants a great paving job for a reasonable price

Normally don’t write reviews but after reading the injustice of 2 old people pissed off they have to walk 50 yards to get there groceries, think I will chime in. I had Santana do 2 jobs for me, my driveway and asphalt the front of my house for parking. I was on a time restraint to get it done so Santana’s men showed up and worked 13 hours for 2 days to complete the job. Most impressive part of the job was seeing Santana himself not only on sight, but pushing a broom right long with the crew. Don’t see that now a days, especially with someone as big and established as him. THANK YOU.

Santana is terrific and actually answers his own phone usually on the first ring. Work is great and guaranteed. Any problems and rarely are there they are taken care of post haste.
In my business I can tell you a good vendor is one to keep! Absolutely the best and great value.

We hired Santana for a number of projects over the past few years:
— rebuilding our driveway
— cement work for our deck
— building multiple gravel roads for driving tractor on
— re-​enforcing deer fencing
Santana and his team did an amazing job with all of these projects. His team did such a great job with the driveway work that we hired him to do the other projects. They are very professional, on time and on budget and work very hard. We were very impressed and would not hesitate to hire him again. His team goes above and beyond what would be expected — needless to say, we love the guy! :-)

Santana Paving replaced part of my driveway and resealed the entire driveway. They did a great job. Very professional and friendly. Santana was always available, returned calls immediately. I will definitely use them again! I also feel that it was a fair price.

Santana Paving and Grading and the owner, Santana Noble, are truly «world class» in each and every aspect of doing business with them. I am the President of an HOA Condo complex in Capitola and we have used their services several times over the years. Santana Paving and Grading always meet every commitment they make and, again, their work and service is always «world class»…it is truly a pleasure to work with Santana.

I own a building in Mountain View and had to get some long over due work done to our parking lot. I have a few friends in the construction industry and asked them to give me referrals of good paving companies. Santana was the first one on the list. I got in contact with Santana and they had a quote to me within a few days after visiting the site. There pricing was in line with all the other quotes but I just liked dealing with them a little better. After confirming the work to be done they were able to start within two weeks. We had paving and concrete work done. The crew was efficient, timely and professional. I plan on using them for all of my paving and concrete work in the future. I definitely refer Santana to my friends and business associates.

Santana Paving came to our rescue after another paving company did a horrible job. Santana repaired all of their mistakes and more. They were conciencious about doing work that would last a long time.
We have since had them come back for more work and it was during a time that we couldn’t be home. I trust this company to do work unsupervised by a homeowner.
The owner does answer his own business phone, comes out promptly, answers all questions and offers cost concious solutions to keep the project reasonable and on point. He shows up on time and is done on time.
Owner is a great person to work with. He is the only paving contractor I’d recommend.

I contacted this company to pave my driveway in the Santa Cruz Mountains. To my surprise, Santana answered the phone and I filled him in about the project I needed done. He came to my property the next day and gave me a very reasonable bid. (We received higher bids from 2 other companies)
Santana’s crew began work the following week. The guys that came were very respectful and worked very hard. They even played with my dog. They had our driveway done in 3 days and it was quite a big project. Santana often checked in I with me to make sure we were happy.
I would recommend them for all your paving needs. I had a pretty good laugh at the other review listed. Some people just don’t understand road work I guess. Sorry you couldn’t get your groceries, maybe try a Thursday.

If you are a business in Santa Cruz, rethink your hiring of this crew… currently doing the Safeway /​Home Depot parking lot in Soquel off 41^st. ON FRIDAY they are doing the main drive area into Safeway, bad planning… people trying to shop for weekend, or get out of town had to drive on wrong side (with their trailer blocking view) of road And you know parking lot accidents police do not want to get involved!

The crew terrible… yelled horrible things etc… they have NO customer service attitude at all. If you know this parking lot you know the many issues…
The «Supervisor «continued his yelling at my husband, basically if you are a busines go elsewhere, there are other options… we used a different one for our property!
Apparently one woman in the mobile home park can tell the whole complex when work can be done… who has that kind of power? THIS Area and other front areas could have been done in early evenings and NOT on Fridays
There was no employee helping drive on wrong side of road…
Do not hire
