I am looking into being a first time home buyer in the next few years and saw the Expo ad in the Santa Cruz Sentinel. For those who are thinking of buying a new home or condo, these folks provide tons of great information and services at their Expo. I went to several workshops «First Time Home buyers 101» and I feel a lot better about what I need to do in order to find a place and ensure I am a «worthy» candidate. It was a great place to check out the different organizations, insurance companies, real estate folks to see what I am getting into before diving in.
Long story short– it is a lot and yes it was overwhelming, but baby steps. I would highly recommend checking out their website.
