Mac & More Computers

Really kind and patient computer help for my Mac menagerie. Came to my home with a very professional presentation. Helped with a number of issues and resolved trouble spots. Educated me along the way and cleaned up a bunch of stuff I had no idea was slowing and cluttering my Mac. Now all my electronics play well together and I have now bought a secure back up system (recommended a particular type but no pressure to buy) to protect my info. I’m now looking forward to my next appointment to meet at my office! Soon, all my electronics will be functioning well and set up to help me most conveniently. For as long as the Mac store in Los Gatos has been open, I’ve been driving over the hill to take up my various Mac problems. Who knew I could get better service at comparable prices right down the road? When I went to the Mac store, I always felt rushed (not surprising, since you only have a 15-​minute window at the Genius Bar)
Michael takes his time to properly diagnose the problem, then gives a quick turnaround if he needs to keep the computer for fixes. He is really nice and patient and answered all my questions. Save yourself a trip and get your Mac help here!

I only have great things to say about Michael. He took my ailing Macbook and gave it a new hard drive and fixed a funky screen falling out, and all over the X-​mas holiday, too. Great service and I am thrilled with my fast repaired Mac!!!

I love it that there is a person, Michael, who focuses on Macs since that has been my desktop of choice since I’ve had one. Besides being quite knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, Michael has always figured out the problem whether in person or walking me through it on the phone.
