We recently retired our old natural gas water heater. We knew we needed a new one and had thought about tankless, but didn’t know where to go from there. Lance came out and took the time to go over options. I love, love love the tankless. It takes up way less space. Important in our already small pleasure point home. The plumbing around the heater is beautiful considering it’s plumbing. He took the old heater away and now we have hot water on demand. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you LSL Plumbing.

Lance made a difficult job look easy. My water heater is in a very poorly planned space which makes access and maintenance very challenging. Ive been unfortunate enough to have the need to replace my water heater three times in the last 12 years. Each time has involved some profanity, sweat and even a little blood. I even had one contractor give up and walk away. Not this guy. He eased the old one out and babied the new one in in under an hour and like i said; it looked easy. He improved some limitations of the space while he was at it. Will definitely use his service again!

I recently contracted with Lance at LSL Plumbing to replace about 70 feet of 3 inch pipe that ran through the ceiling of several rooms in my home. It was a large project that required a journeyman plumber with extensive experience and Lance fulfilled that role beautifully. Lance revealed himself to be the consummate professional with an excellent work ethic. He was extremely prompt each morning and completed the project on time (two days). Two of the four bids I received were well over $ 1000 above what Lance bid so you can be confident his prices are reasonable and fair. Plus, he is extremely personable… Highly recommended!!!

As far as new construction, re-​pipes, etc. Lance at LSL is the fastest and most efficient and intelligent plumber I’ve ever seen. Have him give you a bid in person and you’ll see what I mean. Lance has helped me with countless projects and I’m always impressed with his work.

Lance at LSL Plumbing handled all the water and gas plumbing for our new Penny Ice Creamery location in Pleasure Point. The work was excellent and he was very accommodating of changes that we made during the build out (not many contractors have the patience for «design as we go» clients!). He also helped us navigate the uncertain world of commercial grease traps, educating us and working with the county on our behalf to clarify and fulfill our needs.
