Lawrence Calderon, MD

I live in San Diego but find excuses to visit my first, and arguably the best, chiropractor… because he is so much more. He is a sincere healer.

Well said. I was very impressed, actually blown away, with Dr. Calderon’s knowledge, techniques and approach. Labelling Dr. Calderon a ‘chiropractor’ does him a disservice as he is so much more. I highly recommend him.

Hands down the best doctor for any sport related or life injury that doesn’t involve surgery. His knowledge goes beyond just normal Chiropractic care; he has been my doctor for at least 13 years now and I can honestly say I could not live without seeing him from time to time. He is the chiroprator for people who do not want to go to them.
Once I tore all the ligaments in my ankle an MD told me I would be on crutches for 4−6months; after two months on crutches I went to see Lawrenece because my neck was out and he told me he would get me off the crutches in a week. Even though he had been my doctor for years I had doubts but he was right. After following his instructions and a couple of visits I was off my crutches.
He is great with kids as well, knows a lot about diet and vitamins. Go see him; you will not regret it.

Lawrence has been fixing my body for over ten years, and I’ve never found a chiropractor/​kinesiologist as great as he is! Whenever I travel to the World Championships for equestrian vaulting, he comes along to keep me at my best. He even helped me win the gold medal in 2006! I can’t imagine competing in top form without him!
If you’re looking for a great guy to fix you up, Lawrence is your man!

Well let’s start by saying I ride horses, and one of those horses (no names mentioned «Justice!») likes to be a shaggy little bronc and he got me off (good and hard) in the outdoor arena. I was SOOO SORE! Um… I could hardly walk, sit or move. I think he re-​arranged my spine actually!
Anyhow, I suffered for maybe a week and since I’m new to the area, didn’t know where to go. A few of the girls from the barn recommended Dr Calderon. I made an appt and went. OMG whatever it is that Dr Calderon did was AMAZING! I went in to the office bent over and barely able to make it up the stairs, and I left feeling like I could ride that little bronc of mine and teach him a lesson!
Dr Calderon is definitely the person to see when you need body help!

Dr. Calderon is truly the best. He really knows how to move the body without causing pain or discomfort. If you’ve been avoiding chiropractors because you are afraid of being hurt, fear no more. His intuitive maner of diagnosis is right on target time after time. If you are afraid of chiropractors who just keep you coming back — again no worries of that here. Dr. Calderon fixes the problem in 1 — 3 sessions and off you go. His prices are reasonable — but he doesn’t do insurance. Never mind because he’s worth ever cent, every time.

Dr. Calderon saved my life. He is the best. He figured out what was happening with me when no one else could. I tried medical doctors, had x-​rays taken, tried another chiropractor then went to an acupuncturist! The acupuncturist recommended Dr. Calderon to me, she said he was her chiropractor and that he handles all the dancers in town. I went in and he examined me and told me he wanted to think about it overnight. I came in the next day and he explained what was wrong and helped me right away. He is so generous and smart. Never caring about the money, always trying to help his clients. My attorney told me that he is the only chiropractor in town that does not over treat! That’s a great compliment.

Skill, smart, humor, great taste in music, and easy to get in. This is where you should get your chiro work done. He’s great. He’s quick but he gets the job down. Since moving to Los Altos, i can’t make it there much, but i still do pop the hill some weekends just for an expert crackfest from Dr. C, ’cause he’s one of a kind. As an acupuncturist myself, i’m pretty picky about my providers and i’d recommend him highly.
