Excel Performance is owned and operated by Jill McCormick, PT. Jill specializes in manual therapy, postural re-education and functional assessment/rehab. This practice is unique in that Jill spends a full hour working one on one with each patient. She practices both direct and indirect manual techniques such as Active Release Technique (ART), Graston, myofascial release, and ortho-bionomy to achieve skeletal alignment and connective tissue, or fascial, release.
