Blue Water Sedans & Limousines

The ride to the San Jose airport from Watsonville was great. The driver was early, courteous and helpful. However on the return trip we were left stranded at the San Jose airport at 1:00am because our flight was delayed over two and a half hours. We were aboard the plane when they discovered an issue with the aircraft. We wrongly assumed we were dealing with a professional car service and our professional driver would check the status of our flight and make the necessary arrangements. To our surprise they did not. They did leave messages which we could not pick up on the airplane. Upon arriving in San Jose we got the messages the second of which made it clear we were on our own. Finding a taxi willing to drive to Watsonville at 1:00am is hard to find and not cheap. The next business day they called to let us know this whole thing was our fault we should have called to tell them we were going to be late. I’m sure the FAA would have waived the regulation about cell phone use on aircraft just for us. If you decide to use this service beware they care very little about customer service and no they will not give a refund for the service not provided, Zero (had to use a minimum of one) out of five stars
Addition: we called when we discovered we were without car and driver they didn’t answer and voicemail did not pick up.

We complained about getting an uncomfortable SUV instead of a comfy town car and we’re assured we would not get inferior comfort but tonight we are in a really uncomfortable car after going to great lengths to always have the comfy town car and still have to pay the same as if we’d had a nice car. Bottom line is that this company only has 3 good cars left. And you can’t confirm you’re going to get on e.

The drivers are courteous, pick up your bags and carry them to the car. They are on time and drive professionally. When you return they meet you in the baggage area of he Airport and carry help with carrying the bags to the car. Once at home they remove the bags and carry them inside your home. I rented a limo for my daughters 9 birthday to do a scavenger hunt with a group of kids. Everything went so perfect the driver was amazing, nice flexible and patient with 9 loud girls in the back. :) he knew the area well and got around perfect. What an amazing day!!! My daughter and friends had a blast!!! I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends. Very professional and confirmed everything via email and phone.

Been using Blue Water (née ABC) for 20 years. Never late, always courteous, respectful of my silence if thats what I want, or conversing nicely if thats what I want. I would never drive myself to and from an airport from Santa Cruz. They are really worth it.

I asked for information on a specific limo. I was told the limo I was interested in needed to come from another location. The person I talked to said his manager would have to check on it when he was back from lunch. I was told I’d get a call back with the info. Over 48 hours later I have not heard a word. Terrible customer service.

Used Blue Water recently to shuttle guests home and to hotels after a local wedding. It was last minute booking and I was pleased that they could accommodate as they have a lot of cars and drivers. Our driver, Bryce, was prompt and very professional. Many of the guests commented the next day how nice he was. The Suburban we asked for was clean, comfortable, perfect for us and a little cheaper than the town cars. Would highly recommend!

Used Blue Limo to and from San Jose airport. On time, friendly and drove slow over Hwy 17 as I am a little anxious as a passenger on that hill. Appreciated that. Highly recommend.

I have used Blue Water (formerly ABC) Limos and Sedans twice and both times my experience was exceptional and enjoyable. The first trip was to SJC San Jose international airport at 5 am. My driver was 5 minutes early and was friendly and professional, understanding I am not a morning person and making just the right amount of conversation. I was able to plug my iPhone into the stereo system from the backseat of the black Lincoln towncar and control the music and
volume which was awesome ! The second trip was with my boyfriend and friends to an outdoor concert. This time we took advantage of the ice cold champagne and chilled water bottles in the back. Our driver’s name was Ray and he was hilarious ! I would choose Blue Water again, definitely, all around good experience from a locally owned business (which is a plus for me).

We’ve been using Blue Water for a number of years, and Traci and crew are more reliable, courteous, friendly, and patient, than any other sedan service we’ve used in the past. The drivers are all professional and easy to ride with. We continually rely on Blue Water to ferry us to airports and various functions, and we heartily recommend this sedan service.

My mother was very happy with the experience. I felt very comfortable knowing I could just pay ahead, and that she would be well taken care of. Superb wine tour and sightseeing experience! Our party of 4 visited Santa Cruz for presidents weekend and sought out a limo service for our winery tour. We booked Blue Waters for a half day. Our driver showed up in a new looking Lincoln Towncar dressed professionally. His name was Terence Courreault. We asked him for suggestions, and tossed out our plan, and adopted his suggestions, which were excellent. We discovered that Terence was also a singer, as several in our party were as well. We coaxed our driver into singing a song or two, and we wound up singing between stops. No one had expected to have so much fun. The wines we tasted were fit for the crown. The sightseeing was limited because the wine tastings turned out to be so good. Regale, MJA, Burrell School, etc all excelled. Blue Waters provided the best limo service we have ever experienced. The price was reasonable, the sedan top rate, and the driver not only navigated our group to all the wine tastings and sights we wanted, but he made it a fun and happy time.
