In my practice of depth psychology I offer a safe, supportive and challenging approach to therapy. I invite a deepening sense of happiness, fulfillment, personal growth and spiritual awakening that naturally arise as our true nature is uncovered.
This approach to therapy supports our deepest human needs for intimacy, loving relationships, healthy sexuality, creative expression and our need to establish an ongoing sense of meaning in our life. Depth psychology addresses our need for healing the conflicts or wounds of our past that continue to limit our present. At crucial times in our life journey we are asked to embrace the personal growth that comes through crisis, grief and major life transitions. At times we are called to turn our attention to the spiritual dimensions of our being. Depth psychotherapy can help us to embrace all these aspects of our life in order to find a wonderful openness in ourselves and in our world.
