Ok one of my first reviews… My family ordered the California ranch and bread sticks! I have never heard of their California ranch and asked them if I could have a taste of the ranch sauce? They looked at each other and said yes! The sauce was great and then I saw the bread sticks holy crap they wrap each one with butter and cheese(there will be a picture)! Perfect! We have ordered Mexican and pizza from the folks that own this double restaurant every time they are friendly and accommodating! Over all a great small businesses!

Too much negativity for this great local restaurant. The gal making our pizza was courteous and friendly and the manager came out with a big smile and was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our pizza and were satisfied with the cost. We live close by and will definitely be going back in the future!

I had a great sandwich here today. I’m not sure why all these other reviews are so bad. I plan on trying their pizza tomorrow night. Hopefully I’ll be as impressed as i was with the sandwich.

This place must have new owners I was there few months ago and wow I won’t go back. I ordered a sandwich the meat was thinner than what you get at Subway. for sandwich itself was no taste at all and it took over an hour for her to make a sandwich and my friends pizza we sat there for over an hour sorry but I won’t go back there again

I am very unhappy that I can not get a pizza at 11 am on the weekends. Posted hours say thats when they open, but the phone is never picked up even at 1130. Weeknds are a very good and busy business time and thats when the money comes in on slow seasons. I am unsatisfied with the way this business is being run, let alone the lady who takes my order doesnt understand me correctly and my orders dont come out right. I love the pizza here!(Especially the flandigity) I cant get that anywhere but here, but with the recent past it seems like they dont care that I am not getting the pizza I want anyways…

Again, I wish zero stars was an option. I want to make myself clear here, the problem is not the pizza, not the employees, but MANAGEMENT. My husband and I get pizza somewhat often, and I can promise we will NEVER go back to this place. Trust me when I say it’s worth it to make the drive to Papa Murphy’s. So, a few months back, we had kind of decided we weren’t going to go to U-Kneada anymore. The pizza is okay, but you can definitely find better for the price. But last night, we had had a long day and didn’t want to cook or drive too far for dinner, so we decided to give them another chance. WRONG. I would say we should have called in our order, but it wouldn’t have made a difference. We got there at 5:30PM on a Saturday night. And to our surprise, there were only two employees working, not one, but BOTH restaurants. The poor guy working had to run back and forth between pizza and burrito, so the girl was left there alone to make all of the pizzas, and answer the phones. When we walked in, we were standing at the counter for a good ten minutes before our order was even taken. Again, this is not the fault of the employees. They’re clearly overworked. She finally took our order and told us it would be about 15 minutes. So we went and sat in the car and waited 15 minutes. Was it ready? Not even close. Even the people who were coming in to pick up phone orders, theirs hadn’t even been started. At some point another girl came in. I don’t know if she was just starting her shift, or coming back from break, but either way, it didn’t help much with the stacked up orders. I mean, come on management. Three people for two restaurants on a Saturday night? You’re kidding right? And all three of them looked so angry and disgruntled. Were they friendly? Absolutely not! But I can’t blame them at all. I wouldn’t be very friendly either if my boss expected me to do the work load of three people on a weekend. After an hour we finally got our pizza, which was alright. Not the best I’ve ever had. Certainly not worth the wait. I feel sorry for those poor employees who are forced to do the impossible because the manager/owner is too greedy to give more people the hours to make sure that the customer is happy. You would make MORE money if you spent the money to pay at least two more people to work on busy weekend nights. Common business sense. But now, because you’re too money hungry to hire on more employees, and force three people to do the work of 12, I for one will NEVER go back there. And I have a feeling I’m not the only dissatisfied customer. Once again, I want to be clear that at no point was I ever upset with the people working there. It’s so unfair to them that you’re so greedy. Shame on you.

Always rude and abrupt. Forget things all the time. Pizza is decent but not worth it based on lousy customer service. Twice they charged us for ranch dressing and didn’t include it in the pickup. My girlfriend’s mom picked it up and didn’t check for the ranch, so when we went back to get it they acted like we were lying — about friggin’ RANCH(something most pizza retailers don’t even charge for). Friend ordered today and the rude teenager on their end hung up on her after saying when it’d be ready — rude and not great customer service by any means. They apparently think they’re doing us a favor taking our money for pizza that isn’t exactly out of this world. If you can, just go to Mike’s or Round Table.
