zero stars. We had to up our service to 9.5GB and only use this place as a vacation rental and they keep charging of for overages when we are only using for texting and internet. They tell us to check our Smart TV and DirectTV saying that is usually the problem but we changed our password and check and they do not connect to sonnets internet. We have 4GB and 5 people who are on our Verizon plan and I use my iphone for everything and never have went over. We even disconnect our iphone and ipad from wifi when we go up there. Their connection sucks and is very slow and disconnects many times and we’ve called them. They have not honored their contract and now want to charge us $ 250 to get out of it. We had it for over 3 yrs and we because we had to upgrade the service to 9.5GB this last May, hoping this would fix everything, they put us in a year contract and charged us more. This is very bad business practice and customer service and I would recommend to stay away from this company. They are a rip off and very rude.

I would give these people zero stars if I could but I can’t these people are absolutely impossible to deal with Internet speeds at lower than one wouldn’t even load applications the only bright spot in the business is Bobby but he seems to be stuck with two people that that do not support Customer Service whenever there was a problem they fixed it fairly quickly but there was always problems always and the billing is just My tip stay away from these folks go with somebody else or just don’t use it and this is as close as you can get to dial-up us as you can imagine so stick with somebody that has unlimited data plan and maybe a little higher rate because in the long run you’re going to be better there are several of the companies out there that that will do a better job for you and her are a lot more customer service oriented sonnet need is a dinosaur and I will soon become petroleum based products

I also must give a bad rating. When I had sonnet service, I was disconnected many times. Why? Because they didn’t Bill me. They said they mailed it but I never got their bill. Do you think you could send me an email saying they will discontinue service if Bill not paid? Nope. Their billing was bad. I pay my bills, but i need one to pay it. I finally got so discouraged by their lack of customer service I changed service. I would call and they couldn’t figure out why I didn’t have service. Finally, You didn’t pay your bill. I never got a bill, well we mailed it. Why is it your bill is the only one I never seem to get? Can’t you email me a bill. Got old trying to deal with this issue. Service up here is limited. But there are still better providers than this.
