Signature Appraisals is one of the newest appraisal companies to open in the Tuolumne County area. The business was established in 2013 by Teresa Houston who spent eight fulfilling years with Wright Appraisals Inc. gaining invaluable experience in commercial, agricultural, and residential appraisals throughout the Central California region. We look forward to many years of providing ethical and professional service to the community, and anticipate creating an excellent rapport with real estate professionals, lenders, individuals, attorneys, and investors.

Signature Appraisals owner, Teresa Houston is a California Certified Residential Appraiser (lic # AR038598). She has been licensed with California to perform appraisals since 2005. Ms. Houston was raised in Murphys Ca. and has resided in the Tuolumne/​Calaveras area for 33 years, making her one of the most geographically competent appraisers in the area. She prides herself, and her company, in ethical professionalism, providing accurate, non-​bias valuations. Teresa has a keen understanding of real estate appraisal fundamentals and is dedicated to using her knowledge to better serve the community with upstanding appraisal reports and honorable expert witness testimony.
