History
Established in 2003.
In 2003, our story began as a Family owned business, (a Mother and her two daughters). They struggled with their weight and negative body image since childhood and not only did they need help, but they wanted to help others.
A year after opening their doors, they realized that women needed so much more. They desired a full service facility with all the amenities: cardio equipment, weight training equipment, classes, personal training and nutrition services, and spa and salon services.
In 2007, the new facilities were opened and the name was changed to Slim N Fit and Serenity Spa and Salon.
Deanna, one of the daughters resigned from the business at the end of 2007 to pursue other opportunities. In September, of 2013, she returned and purchased the facility with a new vision and a new plan. In the spring of 2014, the name was changed to Serenity Fitness & Wellness Spa.
