Felt like I was interrupting the owner as soon as I walked in and then received a lecture for asking to place an order on short notice. She warmed up while we were working, and ensured me I could get my order in time. When I called the day of pick up to confirm she very bluntly informed me that it would not be ready until the next day. When I said that I needed it today, she said she would try and make me something from what she had in stock. When my husband went to pick up the order she was rude to him as well and the order was put together crooked. I cannot recommend their shop and will not be back

I would highly recommend Rays. I had some patches that I wanted to put on my leather jacket. When the jacket was not returned to them on the date that they told me (not their fault) they went out of their way to get it for me the next day. These people know the meaning of customer service. If you need any services that they offer give them a chance. I am sure that you will be just as happy with their service as I am now.
