Classes include hands on Cheese making classes, cheese tastings, wine and cheese pairings, beer and cheese pairings, cider and cheese pairings and spirits and cheese pairings.
The Epicurean Connection produces award winning cheeses, Delice de la Vallee & Crème de Fromage.
