History

Established in 1931.

In the year 1931, brothers Celso and Silvio Viviani started a cheese making business in the town of Sonoma. Our business has been carefully handed down from generation to generation with our famous factory becoming known not only for our cheese but for our store and deli. Over the years, visitors from all around the world have stopped into our store to get a bite to eat before venturing out for a day of wine tasting and sightseeing. This year our family celebrates our 80th year in business ! Our factory has been transformed into a store that offers food, wine, gifts and more. We always have our cheese samples out and now we have wine tasting too. We are excited to be part of a rich Italian heritage that celebrates life by enjoying good food, great wines and the company of friends and family.
