Second Nature Tree Service

Tho I have not hired this company, I have come into contact with their silver Ford (with all their work logos) on the road. It cut out of a parking lot and pulled out directly in front of a moving school bus. When the bus honked, the driver of the Ford gave the school bus driver and all the children on that bus the middle finger. I can not imagine that their professionalism would extend out into their services being that they act that way out in public in their work truck.

Graham and crew are terrific and really know what they are doing. Fast and efficient on the job
, they are usually very busy (obviously a good sign to be in high demand) so call ahead. Definitely worth any wait you might experience.

I am very late in posting this review but I didn’t want to miss an opportunity to say that we got great service from Graham. He removed a magnolia tree that was very unhappy competing with a heritage oak tree in our backyard. He also was wowed by the size of the heritage oak and we plan on having him do the pruning and recabling next spring. We have recommended him to to several people, most recently our new next door neighbors.

I have used this service twice lately. Second Nature was my first choice because I was impressed with the beautiful job done on my neighbors Oak trees. My house is higher than my neighbors and not only was my view opened up to my delight, but the job on the oak trees was beautiful.
Graham, the owner is very knowledgable and personable.
I would definitely recommend this company to any one who is looking to have their trees trimmed. His speciality appears to be heritage trees. While walking my dog in my neighborhood I came upon his crew working on a Cedar and Oak on the same property. Each tree must be at least 100 years old. The tree trimmer really created a work of art but highlighting the trees natural beauty and enhanced the wonder of the old trees.

I have not dealt directly with Second Nature tree service, but they were doing some «common area» work in my neighborhood, taking down a massive tree across the street. I found Mr. Charles and his entire crew to be professional and polite. The tree work was impeccably done and Graham even expressed sadness over the loss of a fledgling in a nest that was too high up for anyone to see. This does not strike me as a person who has issues with anything other than the nature of his work and doing a good job.

The owner of this company is extremely RUDE. Terrible behavior when came to my home and cut down a tree. I would not recommend this person. He has some obvious issues when it comes to dealing with people and his tree work is awful! What a joke.

They did a good job in the past. However, this time, overcharged and EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone. I suggest you hire someone who is not insane.
