I went in once. Wasn’t impressed with their selection of teas or their service. The guy and girl working there seemed too caught up in their personal conversation to care about answering my questions.
Went by the other day to find their doors closed «temporarily» while they re-​evaluate their business.
Best of luck guys, but without a good selection, helpful employees or open doors, I’ll be passing you up for Tillerman Tea over at Oxbow Market in Napa.

Different concept. Sample fresh coffee and seep your own organic, loose leaf teas that you have the opportunity to bring home.
The quality is excellent in terms of loose leaf tea that I tried, since I am very particular with my tea after being spoiled from going to New Zealand and Australia from the British influences. I purchased the «vital green» perhaps one of the most refreshing yet clean, smooth tasting green tea I’ve had in awhile.
Husband tried the coffee and said it was really good as well.
Décor I would describe as «urban minimalism».
Too bad our luggage was small otherwise I would’ve considered purchasing more to bring home!
