Geos Pool Service

I had a problem with my spa, no support from the manufacturer. Called Geos and they promptly returned call, scheduled appointment, serviced spa and ordered necessary parts. Total communication every step of the way, explained issues, were courteous and transparent on charges. A very efficient process and responsive, great to work with.

Geo’s is great. They come right out when we need them. Even on week-​ends. The communication is great and they really do go the extra mile. Our pool heater broke right before a party and they managed to find a new heater out of town and agreed to put it in on a Sat. Really saved the day. Have not had better service anywhere.

Wow! This service is as good as our last one was bad… John arrived ready to do his job brushing all tiles, emptying skimmer and pool sweep baskets, checking chemicals and equipment and replacing a leaky seal. He then asked if I wanted my soar shut down and drained and with a yes completed the work. A far cry from the 5 minute., I repeat 5 minute service provided by Sonoma Valley Pool and Spa. Oh, and the bonus? They love dogs and foster rescues!

Geos recently installed Solar Heat on my pool. They are all really great to work with and really friendly. They came out, gave an estimate quickly and when finally giving it the go, they had it installed exactly when they said they would. The job was clean, professional and perfectly done.
Just this last week we turned on the heat and started to enjoy the pool already (Mid-​April!). Not only would I reccommend Geos but also the Solar system they installed ;)
Also — After the installation they have been really willing to answer my (sometimes silly) questions. For sure you feel like they’ll be there to help!
They’ll treat you really well — Go ahead and use them!

Everyone with Geo’s pool service was really great. My husband wanted me to get our hot tub fixed as his birthday present because its been sitting out of order for a while. So after being bounced around by a couple companies Geo’s was to the rescue. They came out right away and hooked it up with a new cord (our old one had sat in water and was broken) and got it going to find that there was a leak in some pressure something something (can you tell i don’t know anything about it?) and so they fixed that right up as well. Then they let it run to make sure it heated up and it did. Then they came back and serviced it by flushing it a few times. Jean who I believe owns the company is really great, she called each step of the way explaining what they were doing and how much it would cost. I really appreciated her patience as I asked questions. Everyone was really nice and we’ll be working with them again in the spring to get our pool back in working order as well :)
