Established in 2002.

In 2002, Carol is one of the most respected realtors in California’s world-​renowned Napa-​Sonoma Wine Country with over a decade of superlative real estate experience. No one knows the wine country better than Carol Sebastiani. She can take you all the way through the entire buying and selling process with skillful direction and straight talk. She has a thorough understanding of the entire market from living right in town to developing properties in outlying areas. If you are looking to renovate or build from ground up anything from a home to a vineyard, Carol has a top notch network of contractors who understand the wine country market and style. I know many people who have successfully closed deals with Carol and who are now so happy with their choices. Carol is as good as they get.

Carol Sebastiani knows the wine country — and from the minute she laid out the marketing plans to sell my home, her take on the market this spring, and setting the right price, I knew I was leveraging years of proven expertise and an incredible track record. And it was her assistant Charlie Luna who really made my move possible.
I was working in San Jose and staying there during the week, or traveling outside the US, which severely limited my ability to be on site for deliveries or coordinating a crew to haul old junk to the trash, painting, etc. Charlie handled all of that and kept the momentum going so that I was ready in time to get my house on the market. Even as I went through escrow, Charlie was there to coordinate inspections, he got new smoke detectors installed — the garage cleaned. Again, things that would have been impossible with my work schedule.
So, thank you to Carol and Charlie. My house sold quickly. I got a good price, and what would have been a daunting move was actually made easier thanks to their help. From start to finish, they were instantly reachable and all about making sure the buyers were happy and that I was in good hands planning my move.
