History

Established in 1961.

We are a husband and wife team who began breeding and showing dogs at dog shows across America. WE have been highly successful as professional dog show handlers, trainers and groomers. With the arrival of our children 16 yrs ago we chose to cut back and eventually retire form the life on the road, and concentrate our business at home here in the beautiful Sonoma wine country. Our expertise in grooming, conditioning and caring for dogs for dog shows has given us a level of expertise that is seldom seen among pet care providers. We have seen almost everything, and dealt with it in behavioral as well as medical conditions. WE are used to dealing with intact male and female dogs, as well as spayed and neutered pets. WE have worked with the very timid and shy and the overtly aggressive dogs, and everyone in between. WE KNOW DOGS. WE have also had cats through the years and have had a cat breeder on staff for many years. Our cat facility is completely separate from the dogs.

Business Owner

Moved to Sonoma and began boarding and grooming here in 1987. She has owned and loved dogs since childhood, from Poodles to Great Danes to tiny toys, and several special kitties too. Sally is an expert groomer from the casual haircut to extra special show trims.
