ArchWork has been in business for over 18 years with Quentin Parker licensed as an architect in CA for over thirty years. This wealth of experience in design, in coordinating consultants and engineers provides for quick permit approvals and a broad based interaction with the southland Depts. of Bldg. & Safety. Our custom architect services focuses on residential and commercial projects with sustainable design excellence and meaningful ecological considerations. We are a full-​service architect business with a long history of successful architectural commissions.

Quentin P.

Business Owner

Quentin Parker is a CA and FL licensed architect (with NCARB certification) who has shared his architect duties as sr. office administrator, principal designer, chief architect and professional construction manager for ArchWork in CA on all of their commissioned projects.

With over 30 years of construction management experience in a wide range of projects including luxury homes, housing development, hospitality venues, hotels, offices, retail/​shopping, churches, parking structures, hospital/​medical services offices and manufacturing, he brings extensive experience in the management of complex projects from the early stage of design and preconstruction to the final certificate of occupancy and project completion.

Quentin is well versed at the corporate level in client liaison work, as well as the project managing tasks for design-​build, in both private and public works, and in complex certification and entitlement processes.
