We were away for 14 days and of course were sad to leave our furry babies behind, but with the amazing dog sitter we found through Rover​.Com I think the dogs had a better vacation than we did — they played, were clearly well loved, and we got to see lots of great photos of them while we were away.

to find our cat sitter. Even though it’s geared towards dogs, you can find lotsvod sitters for cats. We book each time with the same sitter and she’s great. I’d highly recommend using it for its simplicity of use and quality of service.

Norma was awesome with our 2 little Chihuahuas Chip & Honey! This was the first time they spent any time away from us since we got them and Norma took care of them like if they were her own. Chip & Honey had a blast playing with other dogs that were staying there as well, and enjoyed their stay so much we practically had to drag them out of there when we returned. There’s plenty of room for the dogs to run and have fun outside and inside the home, and they were kept to their regular diet and schedule. Chip received a little extra attention since he just had surgery and needed to be watched a little closer and Norma did just that. I highly recommend Norma to anyone looking for a sitter. I know it’s hard leaving your pets when going out or on vacation but you can relax and know they are safe and having a blast when you leave them with Norma. We will definitely use Norma again when we need sitter for our dogs.

The BEST dog-​sitter that you could ask for! I am Alex’s roommate, and I love meeting all of the pups that she watches. Alex began dog-​sitting about a year ago and I quickly realized how amazing she was with dogs. The dogs that she watches always seem right at home, and she goes above and beyond for every dog. She will often come home during her lunch break to take the dogs out, and is always willing to be flexible and adapt to your dogs specific needs and schedule.
In January Charlie Darwin (her yellow lab) joined the family when Alex rescued him from a shelter in Alabama. Having her own dog has made her an even better caregiver for other dogs, because she has gotten used to the schedule of an energetic 1 year old pup. In the few months that Alex and Charlie have bonded, she has managed to train a very well mannered and friendly dog. Charlie is known as «the dog park favorite» and he gets along with dogs of all ages, sizes and personalities.
Alex genuinely loves taking care of all kinds of dogs, and is always looking for a new dog park or dog friendly place for a weekend puppy outing. With Alex as your dog-​sitter, your pooch will return happy, exhausted from lots of playtime and exercise, and maybe even smelling great after a bath. The only thing you have to worry about is your dog not wanting to leave when it’s time to go back home. Can’t wait to meet your dog!

Alexandra is probably as close as it gets to the perfect dog sitter! She was able to accommodate around our last-​minute travel plans. She also kept us regularly updated with photos and messages on our puppy’s activities. We truly felt as though our puppy was in a home away from home while staying with Alexandra. Her lab Charlie is an exceptionally well behaved dog and became the perfect playmate for our puppy. I strongly recommend Alexandra for dog sitting and only hope that she is available for our next trip!

Norma took care of my dog for almost every weekend for several months. She loves dogs and is a wonderful dog sitter. Every time I brought my dog to her house, he could not wait to enter her house and greet Norma. She is awesome with dogs and I feel comfortable to leave my dog with her because I know he is in good hand. Norma is a wonderful dog sitter! Her home is very clean, but also «dog proof,» so I wasn’t worried about Tellie accidentally breaking anything. Norma and her son are such kind and welcoming people. I was confident Tellie was comfortable the whole time I was gone. Also, Norma is great about exercising the dogs. She takes them walking a few times a day. Additionally, she takes them to the dog park, and she has a sizable fenced yard for the dogs to play. It was a great experience, and a highly recommend Norma to other dog owners in the area.
