Raise My Rank offers organic search engine optimization services. That is, I work with companies and organizations to make changes to their web sites with the goal of improving their visibility, usability and return on investment.

History

Established in 2003.

In 1999, I was hired as a developer for a small software company. At the time, the company had a one-​page web site and an AOL email address. It didn’t take long before my job duties were shifted over to working on our web presence.

By early 2000 I started reading newsletters and online forums about search engine optimization and applying that new knowledge to the company’s site.

In 2003, I became a freelance SEO consultant.

I got my start in search engine optimization in 1999, when I was working as the webmaster of a small software company in the suburbs of Boston. Since February of 2003 I’ve been working as a full-​time freelance SEO consultant.
