Highly recommend Jim and his team! We had all the windows and doors replaced. Lenny and John did the work quickly, cleaned up and were a pleasure to deal with. Trustworthy, could leave your house and not worry about a thing! Will hire them to replace our deck! Great company!

I had a great experience with Northshore Window & Siding. Jim came over quickly and provided an estimate. They showed up on the day that they said they would start, removed the old shingles, arranged for insulation in the walls and installed Certainteed vinyl shingle siding. A couple of places where the installation was not as we thought that we had discussed, Jim had the installation changed right away with no argument or additional cost. A neighbor asked me who had installed our siding, and then had Northshore do his home. I would recommend Northshore to any of my friends.

Made an appointment with Jim. He visited my home. Seemed like a great guy, looked like a great company. We waited but never got the quote he promised. I phoned him and he promised he would do it, said he was busy. Waited another week or two. I called and was told he was on vacation and was told he would get me a quote as soon as he got back. Never heard from him again. Strange service experience. We were interested in siding and 12 – 18 windows, decent job. Oh well.
