Business Owner

John P. McDonald is one of two partners at McDonald & Rogers, LLC. He concentrates his practice almost entirely on State and federal litigation. Mr. McDonald defends individuals against both civil and criminal litigation, as well as defending employees accused of white collar crimes.

Michael J. Rogers, partner at McDonald & Rogers, LLC specializes in criminal and civil litigation, appellate practice and public sector law. Mr. Rogers has extensive trial experience involving criminal, civil and personal injury cases, family and juvenile law, and administrative and municipal violations. He has defended hundreds of criminal cases including death penalty cases. Mr. Rogers has practiced in all venues, including municipal court, State Superior Court and Federal Court.
