In the business for 19 years (2012) doing mostly word-of-mouth business, working with many clients 10 – 15 plus years. Strive to create win-win, «green friendly», do what we say we’re going to do, and end up friends with many of our clients.
10÷15÷11 Having great customers but slightly slow from no advertising at the moment, I wrote an e-mail to all my clients asking for a review on Yelp. Not knowing Yelp has a filter so if more than (1) review comes in at a time on any given day (or the such), they get removed from your page! I guess that’s a good thing for people who write fake reviews, mine are accurate and real. You can look at my reviews on my website. I don’t know any client who didn’t find a contractor on Yelp, who would take their time without being asked, to set up a profile to write a review. I use Yelp for restaurants, etc. and have reviewed only a handful.
