Sylvia is a very approachable person who managed to address my chronic pain issues from all different ends of the spectrum, both mental and physical. She gives great advice and tips on healthy living and was able to restore sensation to my feet, something I had thought I lost many years ago as a result of diabetic neuropathy. It is always easy and convenient to make an appointment with her and she makes a valid effort at following up and checking in on you after each and every visit. I’ve seen many massage therapist in the past but none quite as personable and hands-on as Sylvia!

I’ve been to a number of massage therapists over the years. Some of them just go through the motions they were taught. The good therapists «get it» and know what parts of your body need work and then employ a variety of techniques to make you feel great.
Sylvia is one of the therapists that «get it». I have been going to her for over a year and as she notes «you’ll never get bored». She always has something new as well as a deep well of favorite techniques I ask for again and again.
Sylvia looks out for my overall health and has made some great recommendations that have made a big difference in my life.
I have recommended Sylvia to a number of friends and they love her too.
