I run past this shop regularly and I’d consider taking my car here if I hadn’t had several near misses with cars driven by shop staff backing out into the street. As it is they block the sidewalk badly a lot of the time, which isn’t legal. Today I was nearly hit by a shop worker backing out without checking for pedestrians, while talking on the phone. Careless, dangerous, and again, illegal.

I got my car checked at another saab specialist shop, the rear brakes worn out. they gave me a quote around $ 400 (dealer parts, $ 65 labor rate). When I came to Inman, their quote was only $ 200 (replace pads, cut/​resurface rotors). Although later they found the rotor was too thin to cut, replacing the rotors cost only $ 50 more. In addition, they told me that the front sway bar link listed in the repair check list was in good condition and did not need to replace (save me another $ 100).
I am very happy with their works, and considering my friend’s experience on his car, we highly recommend this shop to anyone who own a european car.
