A terribly run business.
I tried to setup a trip with them and it took them 8 days to respond to my initial inquiry (and I had to finally call them to get a response). After offering a few options to me, I tried to confirm a date and they have still yet to respond to me after 2 weeks and multiple emails. I appreciate it’s a new/​amateurish outfit, but there’s no excuse for not responding to a customer who wants to do business with you.
