Dunkin’ Donuts

You jacked up my morning coffee by loading it with fat and sugar without asking, after I explained 3x I wanted hot black coffee, not iced. The staff here cant communicate and they’re rude. Too bad, DD coffee is a great product, but is frequently served by morons.

If Boston were South Beach during spring break, Dunks would be instances of regret.
Reviewing these fine establishments (with mass production cookie-​cutter creations to eat and drink) would offer nothing if not for the plain and simple differentiators: service, cleanliness, inventory.
For Dunks in general: Egg White Veggie Flatbread looks entirely unappealing (is that cheese or a spent candle?), but I do crave them on blustery mornings. Your iced tea tastes burnt — use non-​coffee machines to brew it.
For this Dunks: Each and every member of the 7am staff was courteous to a fault, calling me «sir» to start and end each sentence. Felt like a drill sergeant, sans screaming and spitting. Immaculate floors, and in one clocked instance, nary a 5 second gap between a customer leaving a table and an employee giving it the ol’ wipe down.
Machines, they are.

I live nearby, its within a convenience store, part of a mini strip mall, and the quality and service is decent. When the girlfriend wants her coffee, this is where I tell her to go.

Seriously the staff here have no brains. I don’t know if they were born that way or if inhaling all of the coffee fumes got to them somehow. Well actually I cannot speak about the entire staff because I do not frequent this place but the last time I went I seriously wanted to hurt the cashier. I had a gift card with 3 bucks left on it so I asked the cashier how much a medium iced apple cider was. His response was «I don’t know and if I ring it up to see then I cannot cancel it and you will have to pay for it either way so do you want it or not». My first instinct was to give him a few choice words but instead I just asked for a small and smiled because I had better things to do that day then to go to jail for assault.
