Leah did a great job watching our cats while we were out of town for 14 days. She communicated clearly about the process, and was responsible, reliable, and easy to communicate with.
She came by the house to meet the cats and understand their living situation and needs. During the free 30 minute consultation, she took copious notes and asked clarifying questions. By the end of the visit, I felt good about leaving our cats in her hands. In addition to feeding, watering, and playing with the cats, Leah also brought our mail inside and put it in a cat-​safe place.
During our trip, we learned that one of the cats escaped the house. We called Leah, and she agreed to go over to the house immediately to check on them. Although the situation was quickly resolved thanks our downstairs neighbors, Leah’s response was quick, understanding, and caring. She exceeded our expectations in every way.
When we arrived home, the cats were happy, healthy, and very happy to see us. We were happy that everything at home was ok thanks to Leah’s care and responsibility.

Leah has watched my two cats twice now, and she is easily the best pet sitter I’ve ever worked with. She’s responsive, responsible, and best of all, my cats really seem comfortable with her (so important for peace of mind when you can’t be home with your pets). Her rates are better than reasonable considering the quality of her work.
Leah’s website lays out her process pretty clearly, so I won’t go into too much detail except to say I found her welcome visit really valuable. She spent 20 minutes or so at our home meeting the cats, taking a tour of their food, water, litter, and favorite sleeping spots, and generally helping both me and the boys feel comfortable about our new relationship. By the end of her welcome visit, even my shy cat had come out to say hello.
Every time Leah visits, I receive several sweet photos of my cats from her to reassure me all is well.
Finally, although I haven’t (knock on wood) needed this, I really like that Leah is able to administer medications to cats who need them. Her own kitties take medications so she offers this service to her clients as well. With my cats coasting into senior kittizenship (no?), I’m glad that they have a pet sitter they like who will be able to help with potential new care needs in their old age.
