Do not! Do not buy a King Koil mattress from Holmwoods Furniture & Design Center. We purchased a KK XLC 1000 King Plush Mattress on July 28, 2014. It is the worst constructed mattress I have ever owned. The coils will not let you sit on the edge of the bed without sitting lop-​sided. My wife and I get up every morning with soreness from the poor quality of this mattress. Do not waste your money on a King Koil. I am shocked that Holmwood’s Furniture would carry King Koil Mattress.
If you are looking for comfort do not buy a King Koil. I am sorry to say, «The Poorest Workmanship I have experienced.»
I trusted Holmwood’s would only have the best suppliers this is what you come to expect from those you trust. Now our trust is gone and so is Holmwood’s as a furnishing supplier in our family.

I was so excited after looking all over the place to buy a sofa. They claimed that a flexsteel sofa was strong amd well constructed.
We have owned our flexsteel sofa for 6 months and at the 3 month mark I had to call them to let them know both arms where loose. It took them 6 weeks to come and take it to be fixed.
I felt that they kept giving me the run around hoping I would go away!
I went to check on my sofa before they deliver it and it now has new marks on it. Yeah. The man was not a nice person. I know I am upset, so you think they would try! They lack customer service!
I will never shop there again. They do not stand by their product !

Not too much good to say about Holmwoods but let’s get started. OK here’s the good, they have a decent showroom and the salespeople are not that pushy while you are looking, although they were lurking. Now the bad, I have had two poor experiences with Holmwoods, one with a table we bought which had an issue, we called two times about the table and they said their technical would call us but never did. The second came the other day where they were having their «half off the MSRP sale» (which is a joke when you consider all their prices are not even close to the MSRP). It was Sunday, one day before the sale ended. When our salesperson came back with the quote, he brought another guy with him, not sure why, and he said, «this sale will end tomorrow so we will need a decision by then» with the other person nodding his head. Well the sales person called on Monday and left a message and said, «I know its Monday but the management said we can give you another day to decide on this (how nice of him considering it was nearly an $ 8000 deal)» I let it slide and did nothing about it. What happened on Friday just sealed the deal to avoid this place like the plague, a flyer comes in the mail with the exact same «sale», on again this weekend. You know those car dealerships and their weasel like sales people, well Holmwoods is no different. The take away is to shop around, get quotes and let these vultures rip each other apart until you get the best deal, otherwise, they will take you to the cleaners.
