Can I give zero stars? Same situation as LM review. I had a groupon, took forever to get an appointment, finally got one for this past Friday and even received email confirmation. They never showed, so I called 3 times that day, emailed them through their website, called again Saturday and Monday and received no response. Finally called Groupon and was told even they are having trouble reaching the merchant. They gave me a credit, but please heed these warnings and STAY AWAY. The only thing Vinny is cleaning up is cash from deal sites like LS and Groupon.

Got a Living Social coupon for them. Took 5 weeks to schedule an appoinment. Took half day from work to be home for a 2:30pm appointment. They NEVER showed! I called 4 times, left messages with their call center and no one called or came. I left email message and never got response. Called Living Social and was told they have a multitude of complaints about this company. Had to get living social bucks. Cold not even get my money back! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
