I ordered pick-​up from the D’Angelos portion of this restaurant today and decided to eat there upon arrival before I went back to work. I sat down and realized both wraps I ordered, one large and one medium (for someone else), were exactly the same size. They gladly remade the large buffalo chix but it looked exactly like the medium again when I received the second one. ?? It was a tiny bit heavier so I lived with it. All I could hear the entire time I was there were the employees in the kitchen, since the layout provides for an open space where you can see them working. The wrap itself was disappointing — stale and just tasted like sadness. It was nothing like the kind I had been accustomed to at actual D’Angelos sub shops as opposed to the Papa Gino’s/D’Angelos mixed bag. The stomach discomfort that ensued made my decision to not return final.

Ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza and got a yucky pizza with 8 bite size pieces of fried. (Eww) chicken and some kind of weird sweet BBQ sauce. It was gross. :/​why didn’t I get the delicious one? with the grilled chicken? red onions? and hot sauce for the sauce? This is the First time you have disappointed me Papa Gino’s. Not happy. Don’t mess with a good thing. This «new» buffalo chicken pizza it’s not even a little spicy and IMO sucks terribly, please bring back the original.

Ok… I always love to stop by Papa Gino’s for their pizza. This location makes some great cheese bread sticks along with their usual pie. Definitely one of my favorites.

This is definitely the worst papa ginos/d’angelos I have ever been to. The staff was nice, but I’ve been to this location multiple times and not once has my order ever come right. I know this location is like this but they are closest to me, so I do give in and go, but today was the last time. It gets on my nerves how little they listen and how little they care… even the manager makes excuses for them getting the simplest of things wrong. So since I had gotten a completely wrong order a few times in a row I decided to repeat myself a few times like «turkey CLUB with BACON. can u make sure you put bacon on it?» And of course I get the old «um that already comes with bacon» duh but it didn’t the last two times I got it! And the odd thing is that its not always the same employees everytime and they still consistently do the same things wrong. I know from experience its not that confusing to make a sandwich.
