We would email ourselves coupons and present them on our phones, and they would not be accepted. Then we’d print them out and they wouldn’t be accepted due to use limitations (extremely tiny print says you have to show them the coupon when you drop your clothes off, not when you pick them up. Just seems intuitive that’d you’d present a coupon when you’re paying). Why offer a coupon if you’re never going to honor it? It’s a shame because this place is down the street from us and does a decent job, but we started going to other places because of the poor customer service.

This dry cleaners/​laundry use to be good when Gina worked there. Now cleaning is not ready at requested day, starch is used on men’s shirts when No Starch is clearly in their system, clothes getting damaged and the owner is flat out rude.
Wish it hadn’t changed — as they are local to me — but don’t like my clothes coming back damaged — which they seem to do with frequency now, starch filled shirts and cleaning not ready when requested.

I am thoroughly disappointed in this business and I will never go back there again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. My fiancé dropped a suit and a dress that needs to be ready in 7 days for a wedding which he explained to them. The day before the wedding they gave him the suit and said the dress is not ready and it would be the next day at noon. Next day rolls around and the dress is still not ready, I insisted on picking it up and wore it not done and refused to pay. They also did a terrible job. Do not waste your money.

Joy cleaners overall does a good job but does have a credit card minimum which they fail to mention at the drop off. This can be very inconvenient.

Have been using them for 2 years and finally writing review.
Consistently below average results:
* Shirts come without collar support leaving collar wrinkled
* Leaving stains on white clothes
Would definitely recommend to not use for any clothes that cost more than $ 20 — it’ll inevitably get ruined in 2 – 3 or cleanings.

I just started taking my husbands shirts and pants here and they are very nice and efficient. The service is great, the cleaning is great and the prices are good. The only reason why I gave only 4 stars is because you have to have a minimum of $ 20 to use a credit card. I rarely carry cash so this was a little it of a disappointment but not that big of a deal. They even sent me coupons after my first service, so that’s always a plus. I would definitely recommend Joy cleaners!

Good local cleaner with same day service and free pickup service (25.00 minimum).
Staff is friendly and efficient and dry cleaning is always done well (and ready same day). Give them a try!
