Like the other guys said.. .after you get sick of wandering around Lowe’s or Home Depot trying to find someone who does not have his finger in his butt, go to Franks and they will hook you up.

Franks Hardware provides excellent customer service above and beyond anything you will get from the big box supply stores.
I went in to get packing for a leaky valve and they not only provided all the parts they actually rebuilt the valve right there on the shop bench. I also learned a few trade tricks for removing a stubborn brass screw holding the 40 year old washer in place.
You cannot beat this place.

I have been going to Frank’s for many years. They have parts that the big box stores do not have. I found this out when my backdoor lock to my first New Brunswick home had to be replaced. No one had the lock set to match it and I was going to have to get a new door until I went to Frank’s. They had it and explained to me about the history of the lock set and how it was popluar in New Brunswick when the house was built. They have also helped me «sweat» pipe, just helpful in general. If they don’t have something they will get it or tell you where to pick it up. They have my business forever, good people.
