My name is Mike Lukat. I am an audiologist and the owner of Clear Choice Hearing Aids & Audiology, LLC. I am a graduate of Murray State University (1972) and the University of Louisville (1976). I have been working in the Hearing Health Care field since 1972 and have worked in a variety of setting. I have worked as a Hearing Conservation Representative and Director of the Elizabethtown Regional Hearing Center, ENT offices, schools systems, and now private practice. I have enjoyed and learned from each work setting and feel the experiences have given me a unique perspective of hearing health care.

I started working in the hearing health care field in 1972. I completed by Degree in Audiology in 1976. I have worked in a variety of setting and decided to start a private practice in 2002. Please call and make an appointment to talk about your hearing needs.

I started in the hearing health care field after graduating from Murray State University in 1972. I earned my Masters Degree in 1976 from the University of Louisville. I hold a certificate of clinical competence form the American Speech/​Language and Hearing Association and am as well a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. I have worked in a variety of setting and started a private practice in 2002 in Somerset, KY.
