We came here last weekend to set up our wedding registry. Our consultant was very attentive and helpful. As busy as it was there, she spent a lot of time attending to us and checked in on us from time to time. After we were done, we received a bag with wedding registry books and what nots. Very nice experience.

I would like to be a professional couponer, but I lack the commitment that is required. I do, however, LOVE BB&B coupons. Hoard enough of them and you can really make out with a good deal at one of their stores. Expiration dates are of no concern to them; and if you happen to have too many (what?), then pay it forward by handing your coupon off to a much less-​prepared customer behind you in line. BB&B in the Bridgewater Promenade is clean and well-​maintained. The staff is always helpful even though items are pretty easy to find in their store.
During my last visit, the wait to check out was extremely, abnormally long as there was only two registers open –one being in Customer Service. Just when I felt my patience had run out, they did open up several other registers. I won’t deduct a star for that considering, most days, I am in and out with hardly any delay.

Good place for Sodastream, make sure you bring a coupon. BB&B is one of our favorite spots for household items.

Face value/​Harmons within this store, and you can use your BB&B coupons! Enough said! You can get your household shopping done and beauty products. Big display of Essie nail colors at reasonable prices plus all the drug store personal hygiene products. I get my Yankee candles here as well as they sometimes have a monthly special on certain scents.
I would’ve given it 5 stars for the variety of products they carry but their customer service is a little lacking. A few times I had to wait in line forever to check out because they didn’t have enough cashiers.

When you ask help to find something, the general response is «we’re out of that.» The sale sections are abhorrent messes with broken down merchandise that should be donated. Many displays– particularly the vacuums, aren’t much less disgusting.
But, by far, the worst thing about this BBB is a woman who I presume to be the manager, Johanna. You cannot shop here without hearing her loud voice bellowing through the store for no obvious reason. Yesterday it took me ten minutes to have a question answered at the customer service desk because Johanna was screaming repeatedly from 6 registers away to the employee who was helping me, «DO YOU NEED PENNIES!!!» I’m sure that even if she did, the need wasn’t that dire.

i received excellent service here on numerous occasions. i needed to get something from a bridal registry and i was given assistance immediately. then was helped by several employees to locate different items from the registry. this location is open until 9:30pm during the week.

Great place to have your wedding registry. This is where most of my friends did their registry from. Plus when you do returns, they give you cash back and not store credit! You always get 20% off coupons thru the mail that they give you. Can get most of your house needs here.
