Thought I couldn’t find a really good bagel outside of NYC. I was wrong. Nice variety, really good taste and texture… not hard, not doughy, doesn’t taste like cardboard as some famous kinds do. Behind-​the-​counter people are friendly (even when they’re busy). I placed an order by phone to be picked up the following day and they were actually waiting for me when I arrived! Stunning these days. They close at 5pm weekdays and they’re serious about that.
