Jenger’s Exclusive Expressions

Wow! Jenger’s is fabulous.
She is the sweetest and most talented artist. We just stopped in her store and custom ordered the greatest outfit, where she is going to paint on a special scenery that holds such a fond memory to me.
This trip is a very special one and also difficult as I currently have a broken foot and I am on crutches for another four weeks. Jenger was very loving and accommodating. We ordered in lunch and took in the beautiful views.
As a side note sometimes the partners and friends in our lives need to step up and provide assistance or information where perhaps we are unable too. I have known Jenger for so many years and I know for a fact, that had a gentleman walked up to Jenger and mentioned the fact that his wife was have a rough time, could you all sit for just a bit longer? I’m sure you would have had a different outcome and had a chance to see all the great things Jengers has to offer.
We are all blessed to be here and cherish each and everyday.

We were so excited to ‘show’ Solvang to our friends that had never been there before. It was S’s birthday and this is where we chose to celebrate… by exploring what had previously been all positive experiences. Mind you, I’m moving a little slow due to undergoing treatment for Ovarian Cancer. Due to this, I get tired often and quickly… which means lots of short stops in between stores. As 2 of our friends explore the discounted deals at the Candle shop on Alisal, my husband and I and our other 2 friends found a beautiful vacant patio where I could sit in the shade for just a moment. We took a few photos, commented on how lovely it was… and were just enjoying the 10 minutes we had spent there. As a blonde woman walked out from the store «Jenger», I assume, (and headed towards the other table on the patio), I commented on what a beautiful patio she had. Before the compliment had fully left my lips, it was smacked down. The frowning blonde proceeded to say, «Yes, it’s only for customers if you’ll read it on the table!». Wow. Ok. Sorry we were taking up valuable space ma’am. Mind you, no one walked in, out or around before, during or after our ‘wasteful’ use of her patio area. Of course it makes sense that you purchase a shirt prior to taking shade on an outdoor patio table…(insert dripping sarcasm here). Excuse me that my chemo makes me rest in between stores and we hadn’t made it into yours quite yet Jenger. After that snide and extremely rude remark, we shall never darken your doorway. Way to bring in the tourists. May karma forever bite your business in it’s arse… although it seems to already be working based on the emptiness we witnessed. Good.Luck. FYI-​The one star is only because I can’t give less.

I came across Jengers while on vacation in Ca. with my girlfriend. The shop has beautiful and creative designs. Jengers is truly a gifted artist/​woman. A delightful woman who took the time to chat with us to explain her work and products. Original designs, one of a kind, which are lovely and high quality. She has wonderful taste and truly loves what she does — hence the beautiful items. I give this shop the highest recommendations. The prices are fine for such beautiful items — great value. I also bought a number of items for my friends back east (shipped them back) and she was extremely helpful. My friends are thrilled with their gifts and one of them has already contacted her for a custom design. I am most delighted with my purchases. Highest possible recommendation! 5 stars!
