A nice find in a small Danish town… Thank God… not a big place. not that you would expect it. friendly staff and helpful. grabbed a couple cigars with friends. lots of little cigar gifts as well .ie. lighters humidors and ash trays. will be back

The gentlemen who greeted my cousin, her boyfriend and myself was quick on his feet when we walked in the door. I don’t smoke but he helped my cousin and her boyfriend select a couple cigars with some small accessories. Very professional and smooth at this job.

The wifey found me a hidden gem of a cigar shop here in Solvang. Azzam, the owner, took a few mins to talk to us. Here’s my thing, customer service has gone by the wayside at any retail/​food establishment. Not only does Azzam have an awesome selection, but he is also willing to ship! That my friend is a deal maker. Sure I can order online, but you don’t get that personal attention to what it is you want and are stuck buying what the «online sites» put together togetherness in five packs, Azzam said «order up, I’ll ship’em to you!» That’s customer service!

The customer service here is awful. My family and I were looking at the display in the window, to decide what to buy, when the owner came out and told us to leave. When we asked why, he told us that he «had customers.» We were about to be his customers and purchase merchandise from him, but he demonstrated through more rude behavior, that he didn’t want our business. We were being showed this store by my friend who is a returning customer. We didn’t expect to be treated like criminals for window shopping. Sadly, we nor our friend will ever come back to this establishment.

These people who run this store is very cool. They open late, have lighters, and knifes and art, and tee shirts… even lots of cigars. Good prices. I really liked the staff woman, she ware really great, and super sweet and super friendly. To find the place, head east past the mission, and about a ¼ mile later, you’ll see a shopping mart. Turn right. and its on your right.

I walked into this store on Christmas Day to buy a few last minute gifts. First of all, the fact that the place was open Christmas Day was awesome! What drew me in was the window display of flasks featuring different sports teams and the owner, Azzam, helped me pick out a few for my nephews. He spent a lot of time showing me my options and was very warm and friendly. I was very impressed with the customer service. I’m not a smoker, but there’s a nice selection of pipes, cigars, high-​end cigar boxes, lighters, etc. A great place to buy a gift or something for yourself. This store is a little treasure in Solvang.

This is very nice little cigar shop. They have a good selection of reasonably priced quality cigars and very knowledgeable staff to assist you with your choice. They also have the accessories to light and cut your cigar if you need them. Although it isn’t huge, and Solvang does not allow smoking, this place is very nice!
