History
Established in 1991.
Dr. Louis Sachs established his private dental practice in 1991 in Avondale Center in Solomons, Maryland. His dental mission was to have a comprehensive dental practice in a caring environment, using top quality dental materials and laboratories. In addition, some of the most outstanding aspects of Dr. Sachs’ practice are the amount time spent with patients and seeing patients as close to their appointed times as possible. These key features are different from most dental practices, where low quality materials and labs are used and schedules are jam packed with patients. Another key feature is that you will see familiar faces. Though the practice added two new staff members within the last two years due to the retirements of two long term staff members, the other staff members have been with Dr. Sachs for an average of 17 years!

Business Owner
A native of Southern Maryland, Dr. Sachs graduated from Chopticon High School in 1978. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County (UMBC) and his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1988 from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He resides in Leonardtown with his wife and children. Dr. Sachs has been in private practice since 1988 and established his practice in Solomons, MD in 1991. In his spare time, Dr. Sachs enjoys reading, especially Clive Cussler’s various series.
