Was noticing the statement about key pads– there was a very dangerous situation on June 8 where people got locked in the facility with keypads not working. Calls made to emergency numbers and no answer. Attendant (Deanna) called back and stated that they would just have to wait [it was 100+ degree weather]. Person representing facility called and left harassing message that we don’t need to be there and «just move out» of our facility — — bad customer service, dangerous conditions, — we are moving out. and left message/​complaint with Soledad City Manager-​waiting for response

Always have issues with the keypad, which you need to use to get out, as well as in. Thought it was just operator error until we talked to others who have the same problem. Very frustrating.
