History

Established in 2002.

The Valletta Actors Studio was Co-​Founded in the year 2002 by Diana Lee Solorzano and Al Valletta with the sole purpose of training and preparing those actors who aspire to work as professionals in the film, television and theatrical industries. It is a place where the actor can improve on their craft as well as their communication skills.

Business Owner

Al Valletta has been in this profession as an Actor, Director and Acting Coach for over 30 years. Al has appeared in film & television as an actor, directed over 30 theatrical shows and has directed in feature films.

Throughout the years Al has taught acting in Los Angeles Paramount Studios, at his acclaimed theatre «Back Stage Theatre» in Orange County and in San Diego.

Al was the Artistic Director and on the Board of Directors of the Performing Arts Theatre of the Handicapped. Al has taught at the college level at Emerson College in Los Angeles. He holds a B.S. degree in Acting & Directing and a Masters in Communication. Al is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.
