This team is really fantastic. We have them come right to us at our office in Del Mar (super convenient, btw). I’ve never had any sort of vitamin shot before and they eased any anxiety I felt with great information and a friendly staff. These shots are definitely on my Christmas list this year. These guys are great! They’ve been coming to our office for a few months now and the staff is extremely nice and professional. I had been looking into B12 shots a lot recently and have heard great things about them, so I decided to stop by this place today and I was so excited about my experience here. They have such great pricing and their happy hour deal is great. I went with the B well shot for my first one, and was able to get half off by checking in on Unilocal!The lady at the front desk was very friendly and sweet and the lady who administered my shot was funny and friendly as well! She made me feel super comfortable and welcome and I couldn’t believe how painless it was! The whole process was super fast, I was in and out of the door in no more than 10 minutes, and I already feel good and energized! I’m so glad I found this place, and I will definitely be back to try out more of their vitamin shots!

This place is amazing. I have never felt better. I was experiencing some bouts of low energy, slight depression, and anxiety. I had started to do my research to try a more natural approach. After reading everyone’s reviews I decided to try. The past 2 weeks have been great. I am hooked on my shots and have even got all my sisters hooked as well for different ailments. We all agreed we feel so zen afterwards. Lindsey at the front desk is the best. She completely guides you in the right direction, if you aren’t really sure where to start. All the doctors are so kind and gentle as well. Its pretty weird I look forward to getting shots!!! But I do. So quick and painless. A big thank you to the whole staff.

I was very excited to learn that Spark would be onsite at my job doing vitamin shots. I found the prices to be very competitive and the staff was very friendly. They answered my questions thoroughly, and even made a specialized cocktail to tailor my needs. I was in and out in a jiffy! My vitamin B shot was just the boost I needed to get through the stress of wedding planning :) they may have saved me from becoming Bridezilla hahaha!

Wow is all I can say. Spark Health has been instrumental in the improvement of my life. I had health issues for years that regular MDs could not diagnose and only wanted to give me a pill to put a band aid on a symptom. The thorough approach Spark takes is phenomenal. They went through and did extensive testing finding that I had a condition that was highly treatable without medication. Also, they found that I had severe food allergies that contributed to my problem. I have been a client of Spark for over 17 months now and could not recommend Dr. C, Nicole and the whole company more. I have been living without the pain and problems I had for years for over a year now. They are a fantastic organization that truly wants the best for each of their patients and I travel over 2000 miles each way twice per year to get their expertise and it is worth it.

I came in today for a b12 injection & ended up getting the energy injection… which was much needed as I just got back from a trip to Europe. This is my second visit here & so far I love it! The staff is very friendly & informative. I highly recommend this place. I plan to come here often as I just recently moved to the area. They also offer a great deal during happy hour for $ 10 off any injection wed/​fri 3−6pm.

Dr E Ciserone is my third try. I love her soft voice and gentle manner. Her staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Nicole that does all the poking for the blood draws. The practice is light, bright, a spa kind of experience.
Dr C has helped me with my health and hormone issues in a structured and non overwhelming way. Dr C is efficient and organized. I highly recommend her!

Checked out their downtown location inside of Sol Cal Café and was very impressed. A small little spot made it super convenient for me to have my breakfast and get my b12 shot in the same visit! The doctor was extremely nice and very helpful. She told me about the menu and answered all of my questions about the different types of shots. Decided to go with the zen which was great and I can’t wait to try out the others! Will definitely be back!

Hit the jackpot! I was introduced to B-​12 shots by a dear friend in the Bay Area and when looking for a place to get them in SD, was referred to Spark Health. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and I love that they accept walk-​ins. Happy Hour on Wednesdays and Fridays is a sure way to get me in the door; $ 10 off any vitamin shot is a great deal.
I’ve had the B-​Well, Energy, and Brain Food injections and each of them was slightly different, but therapeutic in the way I needed. She is really knowledge able and helps me understand what’s going on not with just big doctor words but so I can understand. I’ve always been very squeamish about needles, IVs and anything that has to do with very sharp things near my body. When I went to my initial consultation at Spark I was very much put at ease. Nicole, the nurse was absolutely wonderful. She gave me a shot and also took my blood and it was no big deal. I barely felt a prick. She was also very calming and sensitive to my apprehension.
Dr. C was also wonderful. My consultation with her was unlike any other doctor appointment I’ve been to, which are usually very «down to business» and less about what REALLY matters to me. Dr. C was ONLY interested in what was most important to me and what my health goals were. When we reviewed my blood test results, it was obvious that she knew what she was talking about. She was very knowledgeable about every little test result and put things in layman’s terms so I could understand what was really going on with my body.
Overall it was great and I would recommend Spark to anyone who is interested in elevating their current level of health.

I’m not a super-​stud cross fit athlete. Just a 50 year old gal that goes to the gym a couple times a week to stay fit. Having access to hormone balancing options, supplements for the every day aches and pains as well as consulting with a nutritionist to keep me on track is exactly what I need!
Dr. C. is so warm and friendly– you can just feel her good energy. The entire staff is happy and helpful, and they make you feel welcome every time you walk through their doors. I would definitely recommend Spark to all my friends!
