Sirinian Garo Jr DDS

After having a bridge for about 25 yrs, I decided it was time to replace it with an implant, and was referred to Dr. Sirinian. From beginning to end, it was probably one of the easiest things I have ever had done. He was extremely pleasant, and explained the procedure thoroughly, taking time to answer all of my questions. The surgery was uneventful. I was given an Ibuprofen to take before I left the office, and did not need to take anything else. His staff is great, very friendly, yet professional. They all do a great job at making you feel comfortable. I am so happy with my implant. No more flossing under the bridge! Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would recommend anyone needing this type of treatment to go see Dr. Sirinian.

Gum repair is never a cause for celebration but Garo made the experience great. He’s very personable, e.g., knowing my name in the hallway when I came in a week later for a follow up. He’s great at explaining everything. He has an ease about him that’s reassuring. The staff benefits from the environment he creates because they too are courteous and professional. Long story short, if you need gum surgery, this is a great doc to see.

Here is what I have to say about Dr. Sirinian; Did I have an implant done? Well, yes I did. That is how painless and easy it was. Enough said! The man is a total 10 including all the staff.

When I first meant Dr. Garo Sirinian, Jr. I was quite frightened due to rough dental experiences from my past. This man sat next to me and took an unmeasured amount of time to put me at ease, by sharing his tumultuous dental history from a car accident. His kindness and unconditional mannerism were easily perceived as the characteristics of one ‘genuine’ individual. For the first time in a long time, I was able to relax and begin to trust. The story that is about to follow the deeply appreciated words I have just shared is in profound contradiction to the anticipated outcome that was deeply hoped-​for.
This long overdue review was put off primarily due to repercussions suffered from the intensely incompetent care received by Dr. Sirinian. His personal decision to go ahead with three implants in an area whereby he had just removed a seriously infected tooth, proved to be detrimental. Upon removing the infected tooth, he found that over three quarters of my bone around this tooth was gone from the severity of the infection. He grafted bone from the back of my jaw and proceeded to go ahead with the three implants in its place without hesitation, or informing my spouse for consent to go ahead with the implants under such circumstances. The estimated 1−½ hour surgery turned out to be over 3−½ hours, whereby Dr. Sirinam came out afterwards and expressed how well everything went.
Overwhelmed by the procedure and the rapid course of events, I was quite out of it and my husband was quite confused. We were in quite a vulnerable state, due to the deterioration of my health over the last couple of years, and learning of the undiagnosed (over 2 year) tooth infection. By the time Dr. Sirinian performed surgery to remove this infected tooth, my body was in a weakened state from it.
Two weeks after surgery, I was still not feeling well, but went out for lunch to get out a bit. Feeling worse after an hour I came home and went to bed; that evening my body submerged into unconscionable pain and swelling. I went back to see Dr. Sirinian and after explaining what was going on he quietly dismissed the discussion with an overcompensation of talk about what a great surgical job was done. He went as far as to call one of his assistants from surgery to show her what a great job was performed. I was talking to an entirely different man that I’d gotten to know.
I went home and continued to attempt to understand what was going on with my body through research and numerous medical inquiries. After several attempts made to speak with Dr. Sirinian regarding the type of infection, he would not return my calls. The administrative staff was most courteous throughout the entire process, but Dr. Sirinian did never complied. My life has never been the same since the surgery.
The wealth of social media support through individual reviews plays an integral part for many regarding our challenging health care system. The integrity of the doctor’s care is clearly revealed when ‘out of the box’ challenges present themselves’. It is important that we ‘stay connected’ as a society and continue to share the good experiences and quality care, along with the incompetent experiences and disconnected communication. TOO many have suffered in the vulnerable states of ill health due to ‘misrepresentation and lack of accountability’ in the medical system. With the social media at our disposal, it is a critical component to keep us united as One for the good of humanity. Thank you and much heart…

Got a gum graft in Jan 2014, which isn’t a fun experience, but Dr. Sirinian is the place to go. He took the time to explain what was going on, how much longer it would take, and several times offered a break to relax. Honestly, I didn’t feel much at all.
A few days after the procedure, a dressing came loose, and I had trouble taking out a protective stent for cleaning. On a Friday night, I called his answering service for some advice. Within 30 seconds, Dr. S called back, and offered to come to the house immediately to help with the stent. I didn’t take him up on the offer, and solved the issue on my own, but wanted to share as an example of the level of service and dedication I received while under Dr. Sirianian’s care.
In a few months, I will need the other side of my mouth done. There’s no question who will do the work.
